The GT-1000™ 14 just got a fresh new look and a bouncy, energized cushioning that makes every step feel like a little adventure.
Asics approach for the GT-1000™ 14 shoe was to modernize the shoe with a more energized cushioning experience.
The midsole is updated with FF BLAST™ cushioning in the midsole. It's designed to help create cloud like cushioning and more energetic response.
This design also features a 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ to help increase stability for a balanced and confident stride.

- Keeping your running shoes clean keeps them looking good. More importantly, it also can extend their life and keep the traction in tip-top shape. Although you might be tempted to throw your ASICS in the washer or dryer, that risks interfering with the construction of your shoes. We instead recommend using the Shoe Care Starter Box to clean and protect your new trainers.
